What You’ll Do
You’ll be the go-to person for attracting and onboarding talented insurance agents — and you’ll have your hand in creative marketing projects that grow our brand and business.
Your Core Missions:
- Spot & Support Talent: Find, engage, and onboard new insurance agents.
- Be a Culture Builder: Help new team members feel at home from day one.
- Get Creative with Marketing: Support branding and sales efforts, events, and promo campaigns.
- Make an Impact: Be part of projects that educate the public and empower communities.
- Support Operations: Where needed, assist operations in servicing agents
Who You Are:
- You’ve studied Business, HR, Marketing, Education, Law — or have a relevant mindset.
- You love working with people and have a creative spark.
- You’re organized, proactive, and thrive in a collaborative team BUT also work alone from time to time.
- You believe in lifelong learning and making a difference.
- Super willing to learn new staff and experiment with new technologies.
What You Get:
- €1,500 net monthly salary + 13th salary
